Co-Founder & CEO
Lychee is a seasoned brand strategist and marketing leader with over 12 years of experience across China, Japan, and the U.S. She has led brand and social media strategy for global names like Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG, and previously held senior roles at JD.com and CircleDNA.
An entrepreneur at heart, Lychee co-founded WELLTHY and OONE Creative before joining Plus Alpha Tokyo as Head of China Office. With a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California, she bridges business insight and creative storytelling to help brands grow with purpose and clarity.

Lance Francisco
Co-Founder & CCO
Lance is an award-winning creative director with over a decade of experience building brand identities for some of the world's most recognized consumer names — Pepsi, Lay's, Gatorade, Netflix, and Bose among them. Trained at Ogilvy, JWT, Publicis, and BBDO, he brings global craft with a sharp understanding of what resonates visually in Asian markets.
Now based in Shanghai, Lance leads brand experience at PepsiCo. His work has been recognized by The One Show, Clio, Fast Company, and Cannes Young Lions, and he serves as a juror for global design festivals.
